mrg-iot exp materialization

A materialization is a realization brought online: the allocated hardware powered up, networked, and running the experiment. Deleting it ends the running experiment but keeps the allocation.

exp materialization has the short form exp mtz. exp deploy and exp undeploy handle it for you; use these to run or inspect just this step.

Every command takes --project/-p and --experiment/-e, and all except list take --realization/-r (default realiot).

exp mtz list	List an experiment's materializations.
exp mtz status	Show one materialization.
exp mtz delete	Delete a materialization, ending the running experiment.
