mrg-iot cmd async-run
Run commands, print the immediate reply, and leave a task for each queued job.
Usage
mrg-iot cmd async-run [-p PROJECT] [-e EXPERIMENT] [-r REALIZATION] [-x XDC] COMMAND [COMMAND ...]
Arguments
| Argument | Description |
|---|---|
COMMAND | Required. One or more spiot_ctl commands. Quote each one to keep its spaces. |
--project, -p | Project name. Default: your only project; required when you belong to several. |
--experiment, -e | Experiment name. Default: your username. |
--realization, -r | Realization name. Default: realiot. |
--xdc, -x | XDC name. Default: <experiment>xdc. |
Details
Instead of waiting, each queued job is recorded as a task with a handle (t1, t2, …). The handle carries the project, experiment, realization, and XDC it was started in, so later commands need only the handle. Job ids restart at 0 in every experiment, so they are never what you type.

Examples
mrg-iot cmd async-run "s-echodot-1 hold_button 10" -e myexp
# Command hold_button is queued
# ✔ t1: s-echodot-1 hold_button (job 3)
mrg-iot cmd wait t1
